Thomas Beatie, most commonly known as the pregnant man, gave birth to a healthy baby girl on July 3rd, 2008.

The birth was reported to be a natural childbirth, however, a cesarian section was planned.

For those unfamiliar, Thomas was born a girl, however was undergoing a complete sex change.

He kept his female reproductive organs, which possibly meant this birth was a planned event.

His wife artificially inseminated Thomas with donor sperm.
